Dr. Thomas Boltze is the CTO of Asto Digital, a fintech that helps SME’s with cashflow and time. Under Santander’s digital transformation umbrella, his mission is to enable fast experimentation and build a world class team and products. Thomas has built startups in the eCommerce (Reservebar, Floranext) and fintech (Funding Circle) space, after creating the Classmate PC for Intel and innovating in the digital audio, radio and television space for Philips and VisibleWorld.
Sharad Gupta is the Vice President Financial Services – Digital Strategy and Execution at Wipro. With over 23 years of experience across various roles in the IT industry, Sharad is currently responsible for reimagining customer experiences by co-creating and engineering customer journeys to be the lifestyle partner; a unique approach to bring together digital strategy and fintechs as an integrated team, to collaborate with enterprises. He is also responsible for Product and Platform solutions including Wipro’s own fintech providing a digital lending solution on the cloud, "Gallagher Solutions".
