Michailas Traubas is Head of Sales and Solution Architect at ETRONIKA. He has broad experience in financial technology development and implementation projects in different countries.
Andrius Bagdonavičius is Managing Director & Tribe Champion at Mambu in Lithuania. Andrius leads our new Engineering Centre in Vilnius, responsible for recruitment and operations. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector and vast experience in setting up new teams and offices.
Justus Roux draws on 15 years’ experience within retail banking, financial services and lending institutions across Africa, Middle East and European markets. Accomplished in setting up and leading teams, Justus believes that business agility is a necessity rather than a goal for banks to stay competitive.
