Awards ceremonies throughout the year and across the globe mark the annual moment where we pause and raise a pin (and a glass) to celebrate our contribution to our community and our place in financial services. With modified quarantine guidelines, social distancing practices, and venue closures still in place around the globe, the biggest pandemic opportunity for financial services’ awards ceremonies was to show which digital financial initiatives could make an impact in the lives of many.
Here is a selection of handpicked awards Mambu has received in 2021:
Forbes’ definitive ranking of the best, brightest, most valuable private companies in the cloud this year saw cloud companies doubling their value. Mambu was listed at nr. 77 and commended for our financial inclusion goals and our cloud native, API driven platform that allows easy payments, lending and borrowing.
“As the only pure SaaS provider in the market, Mambu is in a prime position for growth. The company has been in this space for more than a decade, so entry barriers for other market entrants are high.” Read the motivations for awarding the coveted Frost and Sullivan’s award to Mambu’s cloud banking platform.
Won in recognition for the work Mambu has done with UK’s Tandem Bank, the Cloud Excellence Awards celebrate the most innovative and compelling products and vendors, and the top use cases from end-user firms. This year they’ve adapted their nomination categories to reflect the challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic.
DigFin is a founding member of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong so when we got awarded their best core banking solution award, it was a big deal. This, together with reaching finalist status at the Singapore Fintech Festival’s Global Fintech Awards, reinforced Mambu’s position in APAC, opening up new market opportunities and allowing us to reach more brands.
‘It builds banks better than banks do’ goes the caption for this recent win at the FF Awards. And not only we got recognition for our work as a banking platform, but we won it for the work we’ve done for Recognise Bank, one of our most successful customer’s stories to date.
We won a total of 12 awards this year, one for every month of 2021. Forrester positioned us as a global challenger and a global player. We made the 250 CB Insights Fintech list for core banking and infrastructure for the second year in a row. Were recognised for our ‘excellence in sustainability’ by PAN Finance and scored awards from Germany (Fintech Germany Award’s growth stage) to the US (disrupt award winner and business model innovation for ank at the Fintech America Awards).
From e-commerce to cryptocurrency and everything in between, the cloud is increasingly powering how we bank, communicate, work and shop in an increasingly digital world. A huge congratulations to all of our fellow nominees and winners who help shape up the future of financial services.
