Job Description

If you’re a customer of the largest digital bank in the EU, then you’ve probably interacted with our platform and didn't even know it! We are Mambu - SaaS FinTech Unicorn on a mission to revolutionise financial services globally. Your reward if you will join us? A (code) mark on a product used by millions of people!

This is your team
Mambu's journey began back in 2011, as a start-up. Up to now, we had one security team to handle all security-related tasks. Now, we are pioneering a dedicated application security team to handle all types of tasks, from handling penetration tests, vulnerability reports up to providing security trainings to our developers. We will work with developers, engineers and analysts to provide a better and streamlined experience for everyone in our company and for our customers.

Your contribution

  • Implement, enhance and manage security technologies, practices and training that support the mission to protect Mambu’s infrastructure and the information managed by the services
  • Collaborate with the Engineering teams and other infrastructure teams to detect, analyze, understand, mitigate and permanently fix vulnerabilities
  • Provide sufficient tools, practices and guidance so that engineers can autonomously improve security of Mambu environments and ensure security of the services

What’s in your toolbox

  • Solid hands on background in code development (using Python, Ruby, Java or similar)
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices
  • Experience in conducting information security risk assessments for distributed, complex systems

You’re more than your job description

  • Security isn’t your only language - you can communicate in English as clear as day!
  • You will get an additional thumbs up if you have a proactive mindset and drive to find and address root causes
  • Hats off if you have experience with vulnerability management (e.g.: static/dynamic code analysis, automated vulnerability management)
Your future at Mambu

We are a diverse group of Mambuvians, and we are growing fast across 30 countries and 6 continents (not enough banks on Antarctica!). Our eyes are on the future, and we believe we can achieve our mission together by working agile, harnessing the latest technology and having a positive impact for future generations by improving the environment we are in.
Mambuvians own their career growth, but we like to celebrate our successes together. We’ve got your back on your health, body and mind. Whether it’s our flexible hours or locations, or our 4-day work week over a 3 month period. You work 4 days a week, but get paid for 5! As a member of the Vilnius team, you will have access to:
- Private health insurance
- In the office: coffee, tea, fresh fruits
- Free underground parking
- Training & development personal budget

As part of the recruitment (or HR onboarding) process, you will be required to obtain authorized criminal background and credit screening results, and your employment is conditional upon approval of these results.
