Meet your team:
The Product Operations organisation is a new department responsible for supporting the product organisation and helping it operate as effectively as possible, by streamlining the right processes and tools and by surfacing relevant data to make informed decisions.

How you will contribute:

  • Process and create new business logic, calculations, KPI’s and insights
  • Provide business insights & strategic guidance based on predictive modeling
  • Business Intelligence and Data Science via Data modeling
  • Work on the platform in order to be simple and easy to be maintained

What’s in your toolbox:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as BI developer / Data engineer
  • Proven experience in developing ETL processes in coding language (Python, R)
  • Experience with Python as object-oriented/object function scripting languages
  • Very high level of SQL
  • Experience with data warehousing, modeling paradigms and architectures, proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with big data solutions like Hadoop/Spark/Kafka/Snowflake

You’re more than your job description:

  • You are familiar with workflows and data processing pipelines like Airflow
  • You have experience with cloud services like: EC2, RDS, Redshift, Google BigQuery
  • You are passionate about data with strong analytical & technical skills
  • You have strong interpersonal communication and fast learning with "can do" approach
  • You have proven experience in Fintech companies
