To continue our success story we are looking for an experienced Billing and Collection Specialist to join the Finance team in Berlin.

What you'll be working on:

  • Projects:
  • Support the implementation of new Global Billing tool (Netsuite) 
  • Support the integration of new billing tool into Salesforce
  • Improve AR processes

  • Ongoing:
  • Create and send invoices to customers
  • Ensure timelines are followed 
  • Create reporting and tracking with focus on billing and collections
  • Provide visibility to AR throughout the organisation
  • Work with other teams to analyse customers
  • Increase awareness of AR and cash flow within the company
  • Maintain communication with customers to secure timely collections
  • What you need to have:

  • 2+ years experience in Billing (or similar) position
  • Desire to learn and grow as well as getting your hands dirty to build and improve processes
  • Experience with Billing systems
  • High technical skills; including in creating reports
  • Deeper Accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • High Accuracy and Data Quality key
  • Strong English (company language), other languages a plus
