To continue our success story we are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to be a part of our rapidly growing and successful sales team.

What you'll be working on:

  • Shaping existing, and creating new business opportunities by converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to high-valued qualified sales opportunities (SQL) via remote qualification meetings
  • Working closely with our Account Executive team in order to decide jointly when a lead is qualified. Your colleagues will help you set up the most effective elevator pitch and demo and support you in your professional development
  • Cultivating strong relationships with prospects and act as their “trusted advisor” up until handover of the qualified lead to an Account Executive
  • Supporting the sales teams and Mambu’s further growth by spotting trends and opportunities in the EMEA market and contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails and other creative ways
  • Identifying client needs and advising on the Mambu solutions - all with the goal to build long-term trusting relationships between the prospective client and Mambu
  • You will be motivated to support senior salespeople with remote presentations,
  • RFP’s and other similar customer engagement, once you are established in your role

  • You need to have:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role for 2-3 years in the EMEA region
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, lead qualification methodologies like MEDDIC or CHAMP)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and solid understanding of sales specific performance metrics
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality with a strong drive and eagerness to learn
  • An open minded person that enjoys giving remote presentations for clients & prospects in an engaging way
