To continue our success story we are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to be a part of our rapidly growing and successful sales team.

What you'll be working on:

  • Analyzing the latest industry developments to contribute to the go to market strategies
  • Building a strong and data driven pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Reporting and discussing performance through available dashboards and funnel management
  • Closely collaborating and aligning with the marketing and partnership teams to build targeted and measurable initiatives and opportunities
  • Creating targeted outbound outreach and in the future closely collaborating and steering inside sales for this same purpose
  • Cultivating strong relationships with prospects and acting as their “trusted advisor”
  • Giving convincing and inspiring presentations to top-level executives while applying consultative selling techniques
  • Supporting in deals after handover to AE, Commercial Director or MD working on RFP’s and other similar customer engagements, once you are established in your role

You need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales or Business Development Manager position
  • Relevant experience working in the FinTech industry throughout LATAM
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, lead qualification methodologies)
  • Experience in qualifying leads from marketing campaigns through methodologies like MEDDIC or CHAMP
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and solid understanding of sales specific performance metrics
  • Practical experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills which make you instantly credible, so that senior contacts feel comfortable sharing detailed information about their business and requirements
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background checks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in another relevant field
