To continue our success story we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer On-boarding, Project Manager to be a part of our rapidly growing Customer Onboarding team here in Americas. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping our customers to get the best out of our platform by setting the direction of the project implementation and steering multi-disciplinary teams involved in the implementation on Mambu and the Customer side.

What you'll be working on:

  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating the completion of a Customer Onboarding Project while ensuring these engagements are completed on-time, within scope and contractual obligations
  • Working in close collaboration with Mambu Consultants, CSMs, Product Management and Customer/Partner Project Manager(s) in order to optimize the Customer Onboarding experience and increase customer trust in Mambu’s products, solutions and services
  • Managing accurate and consistent communication on project status and reporting, as well as excellent stakeholder management
  • Identifying potential areas of optimization in the Customer Onboarding process and driving their implementation, and setting a forum with customers for sharing knowledge, challenges, and innovative ideas
  • Be an active part of shaping Mambu's culture as a company
  • What you need to have:

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably on complex technical delivery projects in the banking or FinTech industry
  • Familiarity with SaaS Implementations and technical transformation projects
  • Enthusiasm and passion to work in a team or independently, handling conflict resolution, and time management as well as solving problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
  • Desired characteristics:

  • Certification in Agile & / or Project Management (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) a plus
