We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Customer Value Analyst & Architect to join our team in Amsterdam and be responsible for building a set of tools and assets that enable value selling within Mambu’s Commercial regions. The tools and assets will take the form of business case models, to self service calculators and value discovery guides. The intent is to create a set of global tools and standards following a consistent framework, which can when needed be adjusted for the needs of the region or product being sold.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop tools and customer value assets/collateral:
  • Develop and deploy a portfolio of services for the Commercial Organisation
  • Develop self service tools, such as discovery guides, value calculators and success/value metrics. These tools are more likely going to service lower value and more transactional deals
  • Develop more detailed business case models and value interview tools for transformational deals

  • Training and deployment:
  • Work closely with the sales training team to build out collateral in order to train the sales organisation
  • Continue to service and upgrade the tooling as Mambu’s offerings mature
  • Create and maintain a library with customer value testimonials

  • Build CoE:
  • Working closely with Customer Value Engineer Lead to build a global CoE for Mambu
  • Bring previous and experience and apply to the needs of Mambu

You need to have:

  • Banking sector experience and SaaS technology experience preferable
  • Ability to build complex business case models
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Coding/developer experience desirable
  • Creative thinker
  • The ability to execute in a detailed manner
  • Ability to work x-functionally towards an end goal
