We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Customer Value Engineer Senior Manager to join our office in Amsterdam and be responsible for building out the Customer Value Team and proposition at Mambu. The purpose of the team is to develop a set of skills, collateral and tools to better enable value selling within the Commercial Organisation. The role will be focused on building a global Customer Value Team, developing tools & customer value assets/collateral and working alongside the Commercial organisation when defining value with customers during the sales process.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Building a Global Customer Value Team (CVT):
  • Working alongside MDs to define the need within their region and appropriately resource the need
  • Ability to hire, coach and provide career progression for team
  • Develop skills matrix for team
  • Enable x-functional working with horizontal teams at Mambu

  • Develop tools and customer value assets/collateral:
  • Develop and deploy a portfolio of services for the Commercial Organisation
  • Develop self service tools, such as discovery guides, value calculators and success/value metrics. These tools are more likely going to service lower value and more transactional deals
  • Develop more detailed business case models and value interview tools for transformational deals
  • Develop Customer Value Team engagement playbook. When, why and how does the team engage with the Commercial Organisation

  • Engagement in Sales Process:
  • Develop engagement principles within Sales Process
  • Engage with customers with the ultimate goal of building a business case that demonstrates value of leveraging Mambu technology
  • Define expectations for engagement within sales process, as an example. CVT will be engaged with 70% of all deals

You need to have:

  • Strong communication skills and management engagement experience
  • Ability to engage with C-Suite executives
  • Banking sector experience and SaaS technology experience preferable
  • Ability to build and grow teams
  • Ability to build complex business case models
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative thinker
  • The ability to execute in a detailed manner and to follow a process
