We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Customer Value Specialist - LATAM to join our team and be responsible for uncovering customer value throughout the Mambu sales process. The role will work alongside regional sales teams to strategize on approach for target accounts, build out value questioning techniques to uncover opportunity cost within our customers, capture and record this opportunity cost.

What you'll be working on:

  • Working with the Global Customer Value Engineer Lead to build out regional capabilities, by leveraging the global tools and frameworks
  • Inserting yourself as a key member of the Commercial team within your region
  • Proactively creating process improvements and new tools by closely with the global CVT team 
  • Sharing best practices, learnings globally and supporting in the development of new collateral
  • Leveraging global engagement principles
  • Engaging with customers with the ultimate goal of building a business case that demonstrates value of leveraging Mambu technology
  • Ensuring any business case/value documentation is passed onto CSMs for leverage in follow up business reviews
  • Driving the adoption in region of self service tools, such as discovery guides, value calculators and success/value metrics
  • Maximizing the revenue we can charge per customer based on the value discovery activities performed above

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of banking experience within commercial sales operations, project management and analytics, with an emphasis on building complex business case models
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to engage with C-Suite executives
  • Creative thinker with the ability to execute in a detailed manner and follow through process
  • Experience within the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish), Portuguese a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in another relevant field
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
