As the Digital Content Manager, you will help develop collateral about Mambu, our customers and the market across regions and channels. By working with multiple points of contact within the company, you will optimise content creation activities and inbound lead generation content to help build our brand identity and presence across all channels.

What you'll be working on:

  • Writing on-brand longform content including blogs, thought leadership, landing pages, case studies
  • Develop creative short form content for digital channels social media and website, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the channels
  • Writing marketing content to spec for internal and external audiences including presentations, brochures, direct mailers 
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Provide editorial and creative support to the wider team including review of regional and agency developed content to ensure it adheres to key messages and tone of voice
  • Collaborate with the Branding & Design team to translate content and ideas into visuals.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms 
  • Explore ways to repurpose existing content and identify new content opportunities
  • What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of content writing and/or digital marketing experience with growing levels of responsibility
  • Experience with technology products & services, B2B an advantage
  • Native level English (written and spoken)
