This is your team
Product Reliability - Ops SRE team will be responsible for supporting whole production environment in Mambu, acting as a central team and a point of contact for all the other teams. Team will work on incidents and requests, making sure that our production environment is always available to Mambu’s customers.

How you contribute:

  • Work close to Customer Success Management, Product Owners & Engineering Managers across Mambu to acquire knowledge for delivering highest value and use of 24/7 Ops SRE team.
  • Build 24/7 Ops SRE team, including people, processes and operating model to cover our customers all over the globe and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Hiring manager for the team’s/capability needs, ensuring team capacity to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Create personalized career development plans for Reliability engineers and guide them in achieving both personal & organization goals.
  • Define and apply modern operational practices to unlock high value in having Ops SRE team as a central team for Product and Platform teams.
  • Connect with other teams and stakeholders to provide visibility & transparency to current progress.

What you're bringing to the table:

  • Strong leadership skills, in regards to establishing trust, transparency, direction and goals.
  • Solid hands on background in operations that enables smooth streamlined process for delivering value.
  • Strong people management skills, able to understand people ambitions and align them to organization needs and offer constant guidance and feedback for achieving them.

  • You have experience in DevOps organization.
  • You can communicate in English as clear as day.
