We are looking for a Field Marketing Content and Communications Specialist based in Singapore. You will be part of the APAC Demand Generation team, working closely with our regional Sales, Global Marketing teams, our ecosystem of partners and customers to create compelling messaging and content that engage potential buyers and drive awareness for Mambu.
Content is at a cornerstone of our marketing plan to build awareness and grow our community, so you’ll be playing a critical role in Mambu’s growth!
Your responsibilities:Create engaging content across all formats and channels that helps buyers understand Mambu’s value proposition.Conduct research and surface actionable insights that helps us better serve buyers and users.Secure speaking opportunities and thought leadership stories that helps build credibility and awareness throughout APAC.Work with our PR agency to build and manage relationships with influential bloggers, thought leaders, editorial content etc.Manage content and localisation projects with external agencies — from ideation, through review, to distribution.Maintain the tone and quality of content for APAC. You’ll be responsible for the editing and localisation process and help to coach the APAC team and partner community on content standards, helping them to up their game with every new piece they produce.Monitor performance. You’ll collaborate with the APAC Digital Marketing Specialist and Global Demand Generation Operations team to measure our content success — how it’s being consumed, what’s resonating, what’s driving results, etc — and you’ll use data to optimize our content efforts fast.Develop a strong understanding of Mambu, our partners, clients and market trends across APAC and channels.Help develop integrated (PR, Social, Digital, Content, Events) campaigns that deliver strong ROI.Localise content including but not limited to white papers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership stories, presentations, social media posts and website copy across all our channels.Localise keyword strategies and SEO best practices for APAC.Manage vendor relationships to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
Who you are:Educational background in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or an equivalent writing portfolio.Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of marketing fundamentals.Self-motivated team player who is experienced in working with global teams.At least 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with growing levels of responsibility within APACAt least 2+ years of experience in the banking/financial services industryNative level English required. Additional languages are a plus.
