To continue our success story we are looking for skilled and enthusiastic General Manager to be a part of our rapidly growing and successful team in Colombia.

What you'll be working on:

  • Build and manage Mambu's presence in region in collaboration with and under guidance of the region's Managing Director (MD) and Regional Commercial Director
  • Working towards an annual country target and achieve year on year country growth
  • Deliver a data driven GTM (including Marketing, People, Product) strategy for country (or sector / geography)
  • Deliver a data driven growth & retention strategy
  • Deliver country specifications & requirements for Product road map
  • Managing your region's commercial budget & set targets for in-country Business Development Managers
  • Attend & actively participate in country (customer / partner) events, evangelize the Mambu brand in-country with support from Marketing & build and maintain an in-country network of key customers & influencers 
  • Country people planning, including the hiring, onboarding, training and development of in-country resources
  • Set and track country commercial KPI's
  • You need to have:

  • 15+ years of experience within the banking or financial services in a similar role - e.g. as a General Manager, Head of Sales or Commercial / Sales Director
  • Strong network in the Fintech / Financial Technology, FSI and Banking space in region/market 
  • You are able to build and execute a GTM strategy 
  • You convince us with your strong commercial awareness and have managed a P&L before in region
  • Building and managing a brand new team is something you have successfully done before
  • Long-term aims and ability to demonstrate your perseverance
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • You convince us with a decisive mindset, are not afraid of failing and know when to change strategy
