To continue our success story we are looking for a General Manager Indonesia who will build, develop, implement and own the Go To Market Strategy for Indonesia. While expanding our Mambu footprint in-country, the GM will be supported by the global and regional commercial organisation in areas such as Marketing and Sales Execution.
What you will be doing:
Build and manage Mambu's presence in Indonesia in collaboration with and under guidance of the region's Managing Director (MD) and Regional Commercial DirectorWorking towards an annual country target and achieve year on year country growthDeliver a data driven GTM (including Marketing, People, Product) strategy for country (or sector / geography)Deliver a data driven growth & retention strategy for IndonesiaDeliver country specifications & requirements for Product road mapManaging your region's commercial budget & set targets for in-country Business Development ManagersAttend & actively participate in country (customer / partner) events, evangelize the Mambu brand in-country with support from Marketing & build and maintain an in-country network of key customers & influencers Country people planning, including the hiring, onboarding, training and development of in-country resourcesSet and track country commercial KPI'sWho you are
You have experience in a similar role - e.g. as a General Manager, Head of Sales or Commercial / Sales Director in IndonesiaYou have a strong network in the Fintech / Financial Technology, FSI and Banking space in Indonesia and beyondYou are able to build and execute a GTM strategy for IndonesiaYou convince us with your strong commercial awareness and have managed a P&L before in regionBuilding and managing a brand new team is something you have successfully done beforeLong-term aims and ability to demonstrate your perseveranceYou are an excellent communicator - both in English and Bahasa, in order to negotiate with local prospects and clients in IndonesiaYou convince us with a decisive mindset, are not afraid of failing and know when to change strategyWhy Mambu?
