We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team to deliver business value and achieve company and team objectives. As a Human Resources Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the transition of any new mambuvian from Talent to People Ops. You will also ensure that local people operations specifics are aligned to global strategy and handle the labor-related relations with all existing mambuvians.

You will:

  • Manage all (labor) contracts and files:
  • Create, manage and store labor contracts and related files for mambuvians
    Create and manage internal written decisions
    Gather all data required for compiling contracts
    Adjust contracts according to internal or external triggered changes
    Handle all legal requirements and changes from local government
    Operate and supervise on vacation accrual and requests
    Own internal people relations tools to operate labor data
    Updates collective labour contract and internal regulation. 

  • Keep the relationship with local labor authorities:
  • Main communication point and owner of the relationship with local authorities (ITM / AJOFM)
    Reports related documentation and data processes, required by the local law
    Manage both internal and external local People Ops audits 

  • Handle internal requests and advice on HR data and files:
  • Create and release any type of employment certificates
    Collaborate with management, office management and financial departments to create smooth and efficient HR back-office processes
    Keep constant relationship with mambuvians regarding HR papers and specific questions/requests
    Compile recurrent and on demand HR reports 

  • Prepare payroll:
  • Prepare all data required for payroll
    Collaborate with Financial team for handing over payroll

  • Handle visa and working permissions:
  • Creates all documentation needed for mambuvians detached to/from other locations
    Ensures all legal and payment requirements for relocations

    You need to have:

  • Certificate of managing local labor contracts (Human Resources diploma)
  • Experience in a similar position (HR Administrator), in an IT company
  • In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of labor law
  • Strong skills for operating contracts and payrolls in IT tools
  • Strong decision making and autonomy skills and a sharp eye for details
  • Strong communication and self-organizing skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion to work in a team as well as solving problems independently
  • Ability and experience in overseeing multiple parallel projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
