We are looking for passionate, skilled and enthusiastic IT Process Specialist to join our team, in Vilnius office.

As an IT Process Specialist, your task will be to establish simple and efficient IT processes and frameworks, which would empower each team to have full autonomy and ownership of the product, and yet be aligned by following common practices at organisational level. By working with the wide range of stakeholders, you’ll be challenged to define the “right way” for key operational processes, drive their implementation and adoption – all with a focus on product reliability and availability to our customers. And when the dust settles, you’ll continuously work on improvements and adjustments, making tomorrow better than today, allowing rapid growth of our products, platform and teams.

How you will contribute:

  • Design key IT processes and practices
  • Drive adoption of the processes across the organization
  • Actively communicate with stakeholders for continuous learning and improvements
  • Continuously track process performance against key metrics
  • Be passionate process ambassador

What's in your toolbox:

  • Previous experience in designing and implementing IT processes (incident, change and release management, post-mortems, disaster recovery, SLA fulfilment).
  • Experience in establishing the governance model for IT processes (reporting and continuous improvements).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes within Agile delivery model.
  • Familiarity with SRE and development methodologies.
  • Experience in technical support, consulting, engineering or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.

  • Salary range for this role is 3200 - 6200 Eur GROSS/monthly
