To continue our success story we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Specialist to support the Internal IT operation & ensure employees are happy with their IT support and equipment.

What you will be working on:

  • Our internal IT Team supports employees in their business objectives
  • Responding to IT support inquiries from employees - these can be urgent issues, but also long-term, strategic requests
  • Ensuring Macbooks and accounts for the necessary IT systems are ready for new employees on their first day - this included close collaboration with People Operations and Office Management colleagues
  • Maintenance and set-up of shared IT infrastructure (e.g. meeting room equipment) and services (e.g. network and internet), when needed
  • Secure and fast IT off-boardings whenever employees are leaving Mambu or user accounts need to be changed
  • You will be acting as the local Information Security Officer for ISO 27001 compliance in Singapore office (potentially also the Sydney office)
  • You are increasing productivity and information sharing between teams through automation of processes (through scripts) and integration of services
  • Consulting other teams on how IT can help them to automate repetitive tasks
  • Proactively improving shared IT infrastructure to support other teams' needs
  • Who you are:

  • Good general IT knowledge on both hardware and software
  • experienced in automating processes and tasks using scripts
  • Network technology knowledge e.g. proven by CISCO network certification
  • Information security interest and foundation knowledge of ISO 2700: Implementation Knowledge is a nice to have (E.g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification); Internal Auditor Experience would be great too (E.g. ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification)
  • you are good at supporting users, understanding their problems and explaining technical things with non-technical words
  • your working style is analytical, detail oriented and you are a creative problem solver
  • you are able to take full ownership autonomously, but also act as a team player
  • Find creative solutions that help solve the imminent problem but also bring us forward long-term
  • You have proven organisational skills and are able to manage changing priorities
  • Ensure all tasks get addressed and expectations are managed
  • Your excellent communication skills (written and verbally) help you explaining technical concepts and complex security aspects in simple words
  • You act proactively and are out for long term solutions for your internal customers: Not just fix fixes, but find the root cause (e.g. 5 Whys analysis)
  • Loyalty and discretion come natural to you, just like attention to detail does as well
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background checks
