We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn Junior Employer Branding responsible to join our team in Iasi. In this role, your main responsibility will be to make sure all local employer branding activities and initiatives will be successfully implemented.

Your work will contribute to positioning Mambu as a great place to work in order to  attract, engage and hire the best talent.

You will:

  • Offer support in the development and implementation of internal and external Employer Branding activities and initiatives for Mambu Iasi engineering center;
  • Work closely with the EB Manager, People team, Finance and Marketing departments;
  • Be responsible to plan, organize and ensure the smooth running of Employer Branding initiatives from an administrative point of view (e.g. discuss with collaborators / suppliers, initiate orders, ensures signing of various documents);
  • Prepare all necessary items for the events: contract signing, recruiting booth, flyers, posters, banners, promotional materials, program agenda, apparel, etc;
  • Be in touch and coordinate collaboration with promotional materials providers;
  • Collect, centralize, check received data and prepare various reports (feedback forms after events);
  • Responsible to prepare and submit the necessary documents to the Finance department, to ensure that requested products or services are purchased delivered and paid;
  • Offer active support in the creation of content and communication materials (e.g. employee videos/testimonials, social media campaigns, blog posts and press articles) for online and offline channels (social media, corporate websites, media);
  • Ensure timely implementation of action items and follow up;
  • Responsible to create and maintain on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly) a standard presentation for the organization.   
  • You need to have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; 
  • Excellent organisational/project management and time management skills;
  • Keen eye for details; 
  • Experience in organizing events; 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken capability in English; 
  • High adaptability and experience of working in very dynamic places; 
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools ( e.g. Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools);
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others.
