To continue our success story, we're looking to bring onboard a Market Research Specialist who will spend their days engaging with buyers, partners, developers and solution engineers online and (when possible) in person, to develop a strong understanding of Mambu, our clients, users, and their end customers.

What you'll be working on:

  • Conduct market research and surface actionable insights that helps us better serve buyers and users
  • Research competitors and compile data for benchmarking
  • Identify trends that can clearly been translated in opportunities for market growth 
  • Prepare reports of findings in an easy to read and compelling way 
  • Identify speaking opportunities and thought leadership that helps build credibility and awareness throughout (territory)
  • Participate in local industry and partner activities to foster collaboration, build engagement, and drive awareness for Mambu.  
  • Help organize buyer or user-focused events and activities including hackathons, technical training sessions, and meetups
  • What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in enterprise IT or financial services 
  • Previous experience managing market research projects and strong analytical experience
  • Extremely curious and passionate about IT
  • Knowledge about LATAM region 
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish), Portuguese a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
