To continue our success story, we're looking to bring onboard a Marketing Content Specialist, LATAM who will spend their days working closely with our local Sales, Global Marketing teams and ecosystem partners to create compelling stories and content that engage potential buyers and drive awareness for Mambu.

What you'll be working on:

  • Create engaging content across all formats and channels that helps buyers understand Mambu’s value proposition
  • Support content projects with external agencies, from ideation to distribution
  • Maintain the tone and quality of content for our LATAM region by writing, editing and creating processes to help coach the regional team and partner community on content standards
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to measure our content success, how it’s being consumed, what’s resonating, what’s driving results, etc
  • Develop a strong understanding of Mambu, our clients and market trends across regions and channels
  • Help develop content for integrated (PR, Social, Digital, Content, Events) campaigns that deliver strong ROI
  • Provide input to localize content created by the Global team including white papers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership stories, presentations, social media posts and website copy across all our channels
  • Together with the Digital Marketing specialist, create keyword strategies and SEO best practices for specific countries
  • What you need to have:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience within LATAM
  • 2+ years of experience in the banking/financial services industry
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish), Portuguese a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or equivalent writing portfolio
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
