In the APAC region, we are experiencing exponential growth. We are looking for a superstar
Partner Manager to join our Australasia (ANZ) team. As a Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and strengthening a broad range of partnerships, covering consultants, system integrators, leading fintech ecosystem solution partners, hosting partner and reseller partners, within your assigned territory.

What you'll be working on:

  • Strengthen relationships within the existing partner community
  • Explore and build new strategic partnerships regionally, and locally within a single market
  • Map out key stakeholders within the partner organisations and align Mambu resources to those partner stakeholders
  • Provide partners with sales & technical enablement trainings, regular Mambu updates and exchange market intelligence
  • Conduct joint account planning sessions with partners to uncover sales leads
  • Nurture partner leads to opportunities, and provide the Mambu sales team with early stage sales activity support
  • Update market trends, opportunities and key market movements to internal Mambu teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal Mambu teams on partner training support and Mambu sales activity support
  • Ideal Partner Manager qualities:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales / business development / account management / partner management
  • Banking and financial services domain knowledge – strongly preferred
  • Passion for Fintech solutions and a curious mind for continuous learning
  • Experience in working with large consulting firms, system integrators and other Fintech companies
  • Experience in handling RFPs and complex bid processes is desirable
  • Experience in complex solution selling is desirable
  • Excellent presentation skills, articulate, energetic with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile to achieve the team objectives
  • Experience in core banking solutions is a big plus
