To continue our success story we are looking for a Partner Manager to join our growing company and support Mambu further penetrating the financial services industry.
What you'll be working on:
Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with a targeted set of consulting partners, system integrators, BPaaS and technology partners in order to drive new pipeline and revenues in regionCoordinating all company activities with the partners including trainings, marketing activities, executive briefings, business planning and client engagementsGrowing Mambu’s business in region by developing deep strategic relationships with partners which drive new pipeline and revenuesIntegrating Mambu’s offering to become a key part of the partner's business and solutionsEnsuring partners are active and deliver consistent pipeline and revenue growthActively engaging internal teams to ensure partner’s successYou need to have:
5+ years of experience in partner management within the banking, financial services or fintech spaceGood understanding of Financial Services domain and vocabularyCuriosity and excitement about innovation in Financial Services and TechnologyExperience as successful account/business manager, selling to CIO and decision-makers C-level executivesAbility to demonstrate business value to C-level executives and negotiate complex commercial termsAbility to explain the benefits of working with partners to internal teams (sales, delivery, solutions engineering, development) Strong communication and presentation skillsProactivity and self-motivation: Acting without being told what to do, and bringing new ideas to the teamBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in another relevant fieldTri-lingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese)Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background checkWhy Mambu?
