We are currently searching for a Partner Marketing Manager to co-create and execute compelling campaigns for the fast-evolving financial services industry. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketeer experienced in working with consulting, SI and technology partners, and who has a great understanding of B2B buyers in banking and fintech.

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Global Marketing team, working closely with our regional organisations to drive growth for Mambu through our extensive partner community. This hands-on role can be located anywhere, but since you would support our partnerships in the Americas somewhere in the US would be ideal.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and own global partner marketing programs for key strategic partners
  • Develop an understanding of partner requirements and how to best position Mambu in their ecosystem
  • Work with the partner, sales and marketing teams to jointly develop and execute demand generation programs that promote Mambu
  • Drive awareness and adoption for Mambu and our partner portal via enablement collateral, email nurturing, webinars and other activities
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns including online and in-person events, email, social and digital promotion tactics directly with partners
  • Collaborate with all teams to ensure uniform processes and messaging

You will need to have:

  • 5-7 years of partner marketing experience in B2B - preferably in fintech, banking or similar
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and campaigns with partners - we want to see examples
  • Event organisation experience
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo or similar)Fluent English
  • An additional language European language preferred
  • Strong organisational and execution skills
  • Can manage multiple stakeholders across teams and wider organisation
