Meet your team 
Being part of the People team and delivering business value and achieving company and team objectives with main responsibility will be to ensure Mambuvians stay informed and engaged on the Mambu vision, objectives and initiatives. We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our team to People team. As an Onboarding Specialist your main responsibility will be to ensure new Mambuvians are welcomed to Mambu, ensuring they have the right tools, connections and experience to kick start their journey.

Your role at Mambu

  • You’ll ensure our new Mambuvians have a great onboarding experience by having the right tools, experiences and relationships in place
  • You’ll partner with key stakeholders to ensure our onboarding experience is efficient and streamline 
  • You’ll organise and coordinate ongoing new joiner bootcamps to join within their first month
  • You’ll manage Trello Board design and coordination for new joiners and people team - outlines Week 1 and beyond of new Mambuvian onboarding experience ensuring completion 
  • You’ll continuously evolve our onboarding experience based on feedback and ensure content is up to date and relevant

What you’re bringing to the table

  • 1-2 years experience in the People Team or working environment to know what an employee experience may look like 
  • Project management experience 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • You have the ability to communicate in a clear and simple way, both spoken and written
