To continue our success story we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic People Operations Business Partner to join our team in Amsterdam and support Mambuvians in the region by contributing to an outstanding Mambu journey. From On-boarding to Off-boarding, throughout the entire employee lifecycle,  the role will ensure People processes are efficient and aligned with the Global and Regional People Strategy and that Mambuvians in the region get the support they need on all People related topics, from engagement to performance and reward.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Being a trusted advisor for employees and managers to address and resolve issues as they come:
  • Be a first point of contact for Mambuvians in the region for day to day People related questions
  • Consults with regional managers in areas of performance development, training and coaching, organizational development and employee relations
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

  • All HR related administration is handled efficiently for multiple countries within the region:
  • Handle payroll and employment contracts and changes without error and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for supporting various work related topics like work visa approvals, relocation planning, health insurance or tax related issues requested by employees
  • Maintains knowledge on regional legal requirements, labor and tax law and will know when it is needed to get external legal assistance 
  • Assures data accuracy in all People Tools

  • Ensure On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees is a smooth experience for Mambuvians:
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a top quality new hire experience across the region

  • Contributes to the development of Global People processes and programs:
  • Work closely with the larger People Team on programs and initiatives focussed on engagement, retention, development and diversity 
  • Provides input to help enhance our People programs and processes
  • You need to have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a Human Resources / PeopleOps role
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch employment legislation
  • Experience and understanding how to build engagement 
  • Proven track record of working in an international environment 
  • Previous experience of supporting multiple countries at the same time 
  • Strong sense of self awareness combined with a customer focus driven attitude
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual English and Dutch
