Meet your team 
The People team is delivering business value, achieving company and team objectives having as main responsibility the certainty that Mambuvians stay informed and engaged on the Mambu’s vision, objectives and initiatives.

Your role at Mambu

  • You’ll ensure our new Mambuvians have a great onboarding experience by having the right tools, experiences and relationships in place
  • You’ll partner with key stakeholders to ensure our onboarding experience is efficient and streamline 
  • You’ll organise and coordinate ongoing new joiner bootcamps to join within their first month
  • You'll manage Trello Board design and coordination for new joiners and people team - outlines Week 1 and beyond of new Mambuvian onboarding experience ensuring completion 
  • You’ll continuously evolve our onboarding experience based on feedback and ensure content is up to date and relevant

What you’re bringing to the table

  • 1-2 years experience in the People Team or working environment to know what an employee experience may look like 
  • Project management experience High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • You are tech savvy, you love to use technology to enhance experiences
  • You are flexible and open minded, always looking for new ways to evolve
  • You have the ability to communicate in a clear and simple way, both spoken and written
