We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic People Operations Generalist to join our team to deliver business value and achieve company and team objectives. As a Human Resources Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the transition of any new mambuvian from Talent to People Ops. You will also ensure that local people operations specifics are aligned to global strategy and handle the labor-related relations with all existing mambuvians.

What you'll be working on?

  • Offer competent and hands-on HR support of all staff throughout the employee life cycle
  • Work on personnel administration (ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed).
  • Complete documentation in the personnel files, preparation of contracts, reference letters, exit interviews, personal development plans etc.)
  • Responsible for health insurance or tax related issues requested by the staff
  • Managing pre-processing payroll and point of contact to external payroll providers
  • Taking care of regular carried out HR-statistics (headcount, fluctuation etc.)
  • Local implementation of HR-Projects (e.g. Employer Branding, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits)
  • Responsible for onboarding, induction and off-boarding of Mambu employees
  • Represents the company in internal and external audits
  • You need to have:

  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and social security law
  • Degree in HR or equivalent apprenticeship and relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in HR related topics and office administration, ideally in a fast growing company
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • The capacity to juggle many different types of tasks with graceful prioritization
  • Fluency in English
  • High service orientation and a sense for what makes your team happy
  • Affinity for innovative HR technology
  • Reliability, independence and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environmentEmployment may depend on criminal record background checks
