We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Product Director to join our product team and serve as the product leader for Composability Enablement product area, driving strategic implementation of product initiatives in line with the company vision. Leverage strong problem solving, product development, program implementation, and stakeholder management expertise to coach and develop a team of Technical Product Managers who manage the individual roadmaps and backlogs of the products within the specific product area.
Drive the strategy of Composability Enablement, an area that is delivering tech capabilities that allow our core banking platform (lending, deposits, payments) to easily integrate with other systems. From notifications, streaming APIs, customer information file, identity & access management and many other related services.
You need to have:6+ years experience in technology, with at least 4 years of experience in agile SaaS product management, preferably in banking or technologyPrevious Engineering experience or education preferredHands-on experience in managing API, integrationsExcited to work on a growing suite of tools that make a difference for the modern banking industryTrack record of identifying and solving complex, amorphous problemsComfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced, iterative problem-solving approachVery strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving, including ability to actively listen and probe on feedback from customers, sales and internal stakeholders, net out the “so what” and combine with quantitative analysis to come up with insights and actionable recommendationsWillingness / flexibility to adapt to and shape evolving role over timeExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to tailor the message/ delivery to the audiences
