We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Payments Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager for Payments you will work with product engineering teams to build the right product by creating and maintaining the strategy of your product line - that is balancing company’s business needs with solving actual customer problems.
You will:Own the product’s experience and feature set and acting as the product evangelist to build awareness within the organizationDefine business outcomes driven strategy of payments related productsWork closely with customers, prospects and partners to refine our market knowledge and product market fitBuild and nurture a strong and collaborative relationship both internally as well as externallyDefine key outcomes-based business metrics and report on the progressDefine and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specificationsWork closely with our engineering team on both new features and architectural improvementsEnsure continuous and consistent communication on the strategy and the roadmap of your product lineCreate and maintain sales and marketing enablement material, related to your product lineCreate sufficiently-detailed product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases as well as supporting calculations and examplesActively communicate with the rest of the organisation and with clientsBecome an internal expert on Payments products in the market: both from our competitors as well as partners
You need to have:Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Product ManagementExperience in Payments/ Banking, working in finance, banking or accounting Experience of working in Product-led SaaS company / start-up environment and building products from scratchExcellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills in EnglishGood understanding of software engineering practicesGood understanding of business accounting and finance, including SaaS specific KPIs is an advantageExcellent analytical skills and with numbers, excel calculations, a passion for math, algorithms and detailed-oriented analysis Strong skills in collaboration, in particular stakeholder management as well as internal and external product evangelismPractical knowledge of agile methodology, eg. Kanban / Scrumban frameworkStrong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, design, engineering, QA and launchA consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer and partner needs to find simple solutions out of complex use casesSolid project and time management skillsExperience with SWIFT and SEPA payments and/or expertise in Daily Banking (Current Account / Savings Account, Payments, Cards) would be a plus
