To help us in our journey, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, APAC, to join the Product team to lead cross-functional and team collaboration with marketing and internal partners to build great product experiences that span organisation lines and address customer needs holistically.

What you'll be working on:

  • Envision and deliver relatable, approachable, thought-leadership content creation (written, recorded, video, etc.)
  • Deliver content related to value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product-focused sales materials
  • Collaborate with Mambu’s Regional MDs and the Product Management teams, in setting the vision and strategic direction for the product roadmap
  • Create core product positioning, validate messaging, and help evangelize product offerings both internally and externally
  • Drive go-to-market execution for launches and feature updates by building and scaling go-to-market launch plans and playbooks
  • Partners with Industry Experts to position Mambu’s portfolio as market leaders, e.g. Gartner, IDC Magic Quadrants and IFS Singapore
  • Present and conduct internal training (product training for sales, customer personas, etc.)
  • Collaborate with customer success, product managers, engineering, and data science teams to harvest, translate, and package powerful use cases and value stories and bring them to market

You need to have:

  • 5+ years B2B product marketing / general marketing, within banking, financial institutions or Fintech space - ideally for SaaS products
  • Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company
  • Experience positioning technical products to both technical and non-technical decision makers
  • Ability to analyze market and competitor trends and to make education
  • Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interactions - visually, verbally, or in writing across all targeted channels
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, in English (Native / Fluent). Other languages a bonus
  • Educational background within - Business, Marketing or equivalent to
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check

Nice to have:

  • Working experience in Core Banking / Financial Technology (FinTech)
