Job Description
What you'll be working on:
- Envisions and deliver relatable, approachable, thought-leadership content creation (written, recorded, video, etc.)
- Delivers content related to value propositions, competitive differentiators and product-focused sales materials
- Collaborates with Regional MDs, Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams in setting the vision and strategic direction for the product roadmap
- Creates core product positioning, validates messagings and helps evangelize product offerings both internally and externally
- Drives G2M execution for launches and feature updates by building and scaling launch plans
- Partners with Industry Experts to position Mambu’s portfolio as market leaders, e.g. Gartner and IDC Magic Quadrants
- Presents and conducts internal training (product training for sales, customer personas, etc.)
- Collaborates with Customer Success, Product Managers, Engineering, and Data Science teams to harvest, translate and package powerful use cases and value stories
You need to have:
- 5+ years B2B product marketing / general marketing within the banking, financial services or fintech space
- Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams
- Proven track record of driving successful G2M launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact
- Experience positioning technical products to both technical and non-technical decision makers
- Ability to analyze market and competitor trends and to make product roadmap recommendations
- Ability to deliver creative, concise messages and stories that improve buyer interactions - visually, verbally, or in writing across all targeted channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
- Candidate must reside in either Buenos Aires or LATAM
