Meet your team:
The Product Operations organization is a new department responsible for supporting the Product organization and helping it operate  as effectively as possible, by streamlining the right processes and tools and by surfacing relevant data to make informed decisions.

How you will contribute:

  • Ensure all product changes are properly communicated to customers
  • Help in documentation, automation and launch process to enable efficient scalability
  • Own, facilitate, guard and constantly improve all Product operations related processes
  • Help and guide the Product organisation in following any product operations related processes
  • Facilitate understanding of whole product organisation of what was and will be delivered

What’s in your toolbox:

  • 3+ years in Software Engineering, such as Product Management, Quality Assurance, Project management 
  • Experience in similar disciplines in Product / SaaS company
  • Working experience in Product-centric organisation
  • Detail oriented, analytical skills. Able to plan and act on multiple tasks and initiatives
