Meet your team 
The Business Operations team delivers projects to successful completion in alignment with strategic and business operational goals through planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve desired project outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts across Mambu.

Your role at Mambu:

  • Project Management:
  • Closely following the strategic direction set by Senior Management
  • Tracking the status of business initiative projects 
  • Developing and execute project work plans as well as provide guidance to staff as needed on large, complex and highly visible projects
  • Identifying project risks/issues and carry out studies to identify ways of reducing or solving issues
  • Facilitating regular meetings, following up on tasks/issues, and transferring important information to senior management
  • Admin working of project team in all phases of projects
  • Designing all project methodologies and provide efficient deliverables, monitor schedule, ensure compliance and assist to resolve all issues in functional processes
  • Maintaining knowledge of all team members work responsibilities and ensure adherence to the same and manage all communication with the stakeholders
  • Analyzing all projects, identify all risks and prepare risk mitigation strategies and manage all resources efficiently and assist project teams to resolve all requests from project members
  • Driving alignment with cross functional teams from problem identification and root-cause analysis through implementation and post-implementation monitoring

  • Process Improvement:
  • Supporting process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with key internal stakeholders 
  • Supporting process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs
  • Working with cross functional teams to assist in the development of an efficient and scalable end to end process
  • Providing BPM tool support and advice for assigned business unit

What you’re bringing to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or engineering and have at least 3-5 years of working experience 
  • CAPM or Prince 2 certified is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and project management skills including writing, presentation, resource, time and change management skills
  • Previous work experience in fintech and in a rapid growing environment is a plus
