Meet your team 
The Advisory Services team works with clients – established banks, neobanks, FinTechs and new entrants to financial services – to help shape their vision for a digitally-led future.

Your role at Mambu:

  • Building and scaling a market-leading consulting team with the requisite skills and experiences to help shape client’s digitally-led futures in the region
  • Be accountable for a portfolio of projects throughout the region, managing senior client relationships, commercial arrangements and project delivery
  • Supporting established banks, neobanks, fintechs and new entrants with the development of their vision and strategy, ultimately designing new ventures, propositions and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
  • Working in close partnership with the company’s senior leadership teams to align the G2M strategies for Advisory Services as well as binding the outcomes of consulting engagements with core platform opportunities

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the Financial Services / Banking spacing - including at least 5 years in a top tier consultancy, currently operating in a senior leadership position in LATAM
  • You have proven track record of working with Executives in major financial institutions across commercial strategy, digital transformations and new to market proportions
  • You have knowledge of banking (retail and commercial) – products, operating model, channels, risk & controls, treasury, operations and technology, as well as commercial application of emerging technologies applied to banking
  • Hands on experience with design thinking, creating new customer propositions, corporate ventures or operating model and process improvements through user-first methodologies
