To continue our success story, we're looking to bring onboard a Regional PeopleOps Partner who will support the development of the region by implementing and executing people programs on topics such as development, total rewards and engagement that are aligned with regional business objectives.

What you'll be working on:

  • Able to quickly identify business needs and come up with solutions aligned to the global People Strategy
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
  • Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of regional legal requirements
  • Escalates and engages MD, Global Business Partner and VP People as needed
  • Deliver meaningful results to the region in a concise and timely manner including the payroll process and onboarding program
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provides support and feedback to regional leaders and consults with managers at all levels in areas of performance development, training and coaching, organizational development and employee relations
  • Contributes to running and tracking people programs based on regional engagement results
  • Designs and executes initiatives that help drive diversity and inclusion
  • What you need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources/ PeopleOps Business Partner role supporting senior management
  • Experience and understanding how to build engagement Proven track record of working in an international environment, including Latin America 
  • Strong sense of self awareness combined with a customer focus driven attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt a fast paced environment 
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
