Meet your team.
Product Reliability team's mission is to run and continuously improve Mambu’s platform and products running in production, with an extreme focus towards availability, reliability and overall system performance. This team plays a key part in monitoring and resolving issues and incidents, driving collaboration among different areas while ensuring seamless communication with customers. While being a part of a team, each Ops SRE is a highly skilled engineer, who drives automation and operational improvement effort across all the areas, enabling and supporting each team to be most efficient in running and providing their products to customers.

How you will contribute:

  • Design key Release processes and practices
  • Drive adoption of the processes across the organization
  • Actively communicate with stakeholders for continuous learning and improvements
  • Continuously track process performance against key metrics
  • Be passionate process ambassador

What's in your toolbox:

  • Previous experience in designing and implementing IT processes (change and release management)
  • Experience in establishing the governance model for IT processes (reporting and continuous improvements).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes within Agile delivery model.
  • Familiarity with SRE and development methodologies.
  • Experience in technical support, consulting, engineering or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.

Salary range for this role is 3200-6200 eur gross / month

As part of the recruitment (or HR onboarding) process, you will be required to obtain authorized criminal background and credit screening results, and your employment is conditional upon approval of these results.
