We are looking for a Risk and Control Manager to support Mambu leadership to take risk conscious decisions. The role will also focus on creating a structured approach to effectively manage risks related services for our customers.

You will:

  • Effective company-wide Risk Management framework: 
  • -Operate within Mambu’s company-wide Risk Management Framework and respective procedures, and support their maintenance and improvement
  • -Educate team members on risk management framework, conduct trainings and workshops

  • Effective Risk Assessment and Mitigation process:
  • - Conduct company wide ongoing risk assessment workshops with internal stakeholders
  • - Capture risks in sufficient granularity and ensure that Risk Register is up-to-date
  • - Monitor implementation of risk planned risk mitigation measures
  • - Work with relevant stakeholders when risks are materialised and provide guidance for further actions

  • Effective Internal Control Framework:
  • - Ensure only effective controls are maintained
  • - Oversee that all planned actions are implemented in a timely manner
  • - Work with different Mambu offices on designing location specific controls

  • Support Customer teams to commit contractually only to implemented or planned controls:
  • - Educate pre-sales and legal teams in compliance topics
  • - Support pre-sales team in the RFP process and Review RFP’s 

  • You need to have:

  • 4+ years of Risk Management experience:
  • -Experience with e.g. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ISO 3100, ISO 27005 or similar standards
  • -Advanced knowledge of risk and controls landscape in Cloud native /SaaS / Fintech environment
  • -Hands on experience in Risk Management practices

  • Proactive mindset and drive to identify root causes of issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Positive and team-player attitude
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Able to work autonomously, both alone and in teams
  • Auditor Experience such as SOC 1,2 or ISO 27001 is a plus
  • GDPR training or certificate is a plus
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery knowledge/experience is a plus
