To continue our success story we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our healthy growing sales department and company.

What you'll be working on:

  • Building and managing qualified sales team to implement sales capabilities of the corporate partner to deliver a new product to target market
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of target goals and potential challenges throughout the region 
  • Leading, mentoring and training sales team 
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders in existing accounts to ensure their long-term success
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities through our growing account network
  • Managing complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level key decision making executives the value of the full platform features with a detailed consultative approach
  • You need to have:

  • 10+ years of sales management experience along with a proven track record of success within the banking/fintech industry
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing sales team to meet and exceed target goals
  • Strong executive presence and ability manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a sales process, overcoming objections and rapidly identifying pain points while aligning with product benefits
  • Collaborate with customers enabling them to experience greater business value from our company
  • Experience in developing and executing customized sales strategies and capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in another relevant field
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
  • It would be great if you also had:

  • Specific knowledge of banking or financial products
  • Experience with various sales tools and technologies (e.g. salesforce)
  • Desire to travel internationally on a regular basis to meet prospects and attend conference events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish)
