We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Lead to join our team in Amsterdam and be responsible for building out the Sales Enablement capability and proposition at Mambu. The purpose of the team is to develop, motivate and enable our Commercial organisation through an approach that deploys hard and soft skills techniques. This role has the opportunity to define the offering, the tools and collateral required to be successful.

You will be responsible for:

  • Build a Global Sales Enablement function:
  • Working alongside MDs and VPs to define the need within their region/business function
  • Ability to hire, coach and provide career progression for your team (if required)
  • Enable x-functional working with horizontal teams at Mambu

  • Develop tools and collateral:
  • Develop and deploy a portfolio of services for the Commercial Organisation
  • Develop best practice enablement material across a number of areas; sales process, GTM propositions, sales competencies etc
  • Leverage 3rd party collateral to better enable Mambu’s Commercial Organisation
  • Explore sales tools that further enable growth at Mambu. Examples being; prospecting, account and opportunity management tools

  • Focus on building a motivated world class Commercial Organisation:
  • Create a global standard for onboarding bootcamps within the Commercial Organisation – creating a blend of in person and virtual sessions
  • Identify where required Excellence programmes that will further enhance our customer engagement
  • Create a development journey within the Commercial Organisation, with an emphasis on professional and personal development
  • Ability to identify external changing market trends and communicate internally

You need to have:

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to equip and inspire individuals
  • Ability to engage with management and individual contributors in a credible manner
  • Understand what motivates the different roles within a Commercial Organisation
  • SaaS technology experienceAbility to build and grow teams
  • Passionate when delivering training, but also an ability to relate to audience
  • Coaching skills
  • Creative thinker with real lightbulb moments
