To continue our success story we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst to join our healthy growing sales department and company.

What you'll be working on:

  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline analytics for your region
  • Produce monthly reporting for your region including interpretation of sales results and future risks and opportunities
  • Implement new sales methodologies on pipeline management and support sales managers with these processes
  • Work with Finance on targets and compensation, answer sales managers’ questions on compensation
  • Support the creation pricing proposals and support the commercial aspects of the contracting process in collaboration with Finance and Legal
  • You need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience within sales operations, project management and analytics
  • Previous experience working in a sales environment supporting multiple stakeholders throughout the region
  • Experience with Excel, Google G-suite, and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Educational background (bachelor or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship or in another relevant field
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background check
  • It would be great if you also had:

  • Specific knowledge of banking or financial products
  • Desire to travel internationally on a regular basis to meet prospects and attend conference events
