We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Sales Training Content Lead to join our team in Amsterdam and be responsible for building out the collateral required to deliver Sales Training & Enablement initiatives. The collateral will be leveraged for onboarding sessions and further career development programmes and will cover market trends and product/GTM offerings, sales process, hard and soft skills. The role will work closely with the Sales Training & Enablement Lead and our Regional sales teams to build a talented team within our Commercial organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building a Global Sales Training and Enablement Team:
  • Working alongside the Sales Training & Enablement lead to define and build out offering
  • Enable x-functional working with horizontal teams at Mambu to identify future training needs

  • Develop tools and training collateral:
  • Develop and deploy a portfolio of services for the Commercial Organisation
  • Develop best practice training material across a number of areas; sales process, GTM propositions, sales competencies etc
  • Leverage 3rd party collateral to better enable Mambu’s Commercial Organisation
  • Explore sales tools that further enable growth at Mambu. Examples being; prospecting, account and opportunity management tools
  • Create an online learning journey for all roles within the Commercial Organisation, with an emphasis on professional and personal development

You need to have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • SaaS technology experience/banking experience (preferable)
  • Passionate about empowering people through information
  • Creative thinker with real lightbulb moments
  • Creative designer who can carry a concept through to design to end product
  • Technical content creator across multiple platforms
  • Stakeholder management
