To continue our success story we are looking for an Integration Engineer Salesforce who will build integrations between Mambu and Salesforce using the Apex Programming Language, maintaining ownership once the products are in production and providing technical support for customers’ queries & issues within agreed SLAs.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:

  • High quality integrations are built
  • - Connectors are built using APEX and other Salesforce technologies efficiently and applying technical good practices
    - The products are fit for purpose taking into account functional & non functional requirements

  • Customers are able to use Ecosystem products through self service
  • - The technical documentation provided is clear and fit for purpose 
    - Technical responses & resolutions are provided to the customer’s queries & defects within the agreed SLAs

  • Efficient team work
  • - Knowledge & lessons learned are shared 
    - Collaborative approach in daily work
    - Ideas for improvements are shared
    - Active participation in all ceremonies

    Who you are:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
  • 3+ years working as a Software Engineer in a Salesforce environment
  • Familiar with release management processes
  • Good knowledge of development best practices
  • Familiar with best practices in regards to: security, microservices, version control, authentication protocols
  • Familiar with SaaS / PaaS concepts
  • Able to analyse complex technical information
  • Adaptable to change and eager to learn
  • Team player
  • Active listener
  • Analytical thinker
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Certification as a Salesforce Developer (App or Platform) is an important advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud is an important advantage
  • Experience with banking software, especially in regards to software integrations, is an important advantage
