We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager- Daily Banking to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager- Daily Banking you will work with product engineering teams to build the right product by creating and maintaining the strategy of your product line that is balancing company’s business needs with solving actual customer problems.  
 
 
You will:
Define and own business outcomes driven strategy of your product line
-Engage with existing customers, prospects and partners to understand their needs
-Establish and maintain plan–do–check–act (PDCA) loop to drive the product towards the desired outcomes
-Establish product line strategy and align all stakeholders
-Create consistent business understanding at product line level, by constantly collaborating with Engineering Manager, technical leadership and agile coaches
-Ensure all product changes are properly communicated to the customer facing teams
Create and the maintain the roadmap in each individual team within your product line
-Build and nurture the strong collaborative relationship with every product team
-Ensure that initiatives in the roadmap are aligned with the strategic objectives
Actively communicate to the rest of the organisation
-Define key outcomes-based business metrics and report on the progress
-Ensure continuous and consistent communication on the strategy and the roadmap of your product line
-Create and maintain sales and marketing enablement material, related to your product line
Guide and mentor other Product Managers
-Help improve Product Mangers skills across various product lines
-Actively contribute to define product management way of working and share the best practices
 
 
You need to have:
-8+ years of hands-on Product Management
-Prior experience in building products from the scratch to the first release in Product-led SaaS company / start-up environment
-Deep understanding of software engineering practices and basic programming skills
-Experience working in digital financial institutions like neo-banks and lenders with expertise in Daily Banking (Current Account / Savings Account, Payments, Cards)
-Expertise in modern product management techniques, including product planning, product discovery and development
-Proven stakeholders management and strong communication skills to evangelise product internally and outside of Mambu
-Business Oriented mindset for accomplishing the maximum of business value by addressing the actual problems rather than building unwanted features.
-Good understanding and practice in delivering MVPs, canary releases etc.
-Curiosity and excitement about innovation in Financial Services and Technology 
-Understanding of business accounting and finance, including SaaS specific would be a plus
