To continue our success story we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Solutions Engineering Manager, responsible for building out our Solutions Engineering team in the US & Canada.

What you'll be working on:

  • Supporting Managing Director in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategy for North America, interacting with key stakeholders across marketing, partner, and product organizations
  • Growing US & Canada SE Team, while acting as a player-coach in key engagements
  • Closely interacting with prospects as well as existing accounts in deeply understanding the customers operational needs and preparing solution materials, doing product demonstrations, supporting POC's and any other work required to help the clients understand how Mambu adds value
  • Working with sales to discover business and operational challenges or goals the prospect has and prepare presentations and demonstrations to show how Mambu value proposition
  • Assisting with RFP's using your detailed knowledge of the product, in addition to its application to business problems
  • Overseeing handing over new projects in the region to the delivery team as well as coordinating with product management on any new features, changes or enhancements
  • Providing assistance to marketing by creating content including demo videos, sales demo environments, case studies, blog posts and other collateral
  • Traveling will be an important part of your job as you will be covering the US & Canada region
  • You need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience with API-driven architectures in the Banking or FinTech industry (Knowledge of Deposit, Lending, or Payments products and operations)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering team
  • A consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer needs;
  • Customer facing and value-driven sales experience
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teams (both technical and business and executive levels)
  • Excellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Candidate must be located in New York or tri-state area
  • Employment may depend on (criminal record and credit) background checks
