As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech/Product) at Mambu, you will be responsible identifying, engaging and qualifying top talent globally to ensure Mambu's Product department continues its rapid growth while maintaining a world class work environment. This will be achieved by creating effective sourcing strategies, building lasting relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders, providing the best candidate experience possible.

We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience which starts from the first interaction someone has with us, in witch you will play a key role.

What you will be doing:

  • Your time will primarily be spent in three areas of Candidate Generation: Candidate Identification and Qualification - b) Business Insight & Market Research - and (c) Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Talent team and candidates throughout the entire hiring process
  • Work cross-functionally to gain deep knowledge about the business while networking with experts in their field
  • Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to Mambu’s Talent team
  • Provide metrics and analysis on sourcing campaigns
  • Make recommendations to Talent Managers & Hiring Managers about competitive landscape supported with your respective research and market data
  • Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups & social networks
  • Confidently present opportunities to passive candidates and be able to articulate Mambu’s position in the market
  • Who you are:

  • 4+ year of experience gained within an in-house setting (or equivalent), Fintech or Saas sourcing/recruiting experience is a plus
  • Sourcing/Recruiting subject matter expert that has a proven track record with technical (Development, Product Management etc.) positions, utilising various sourcing and recruiting resources/methods
  • Ability to think “outside the box” and coming up with creative ways to source i.e. thinking beyond standard tools like LinkedIn and job board databases
  • Individual must be hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on team/business needs
  • Passion for driving quality in everything you do
  • Ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and collaboratively
