Meet your team: Composability Enablement is a platform product area with multiple individual capabilities that complete the overall banking platform we offer to our customers.
This area ensures that custom field data can be properly captured, and our customers can set up notifications and stream events by providing reliable and performant systems.

How you contribute:

  • Use your technical skills to define product initiatives to address specific customer problems and business needs and conduct deep level analysis.
  • Maintain ownership for the full product life-cycle from idea generation through the full release value stream.
  • Work closely with our engineering team, jointly defining the functional architecture (components) of your product area, defining epics and user stories for the team, and reviewing the implementation outcomes.
  • Ensure outcome-focused communication of the progress of your product's capabilities.

What’s in your toolbox:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
  • Good understanding of software architecture and infrastructure, along with configuration management 
  • Technical background (prior developer experience or proven track record managing technical products)
  • Expertise in modern product management techniques, including product planning, product discovery and development
