Mambu is looking for a VP of Commercial Operations to help us reach the goal of making banking better for a billion people across the globe. This is an opportunity for global leadership to maintain and grow the strategic position for the world’s leader in cloud/SaaS core banking.
Reporting directly to the CCO, you will be a key member of the leadership team in developing and executing Mambu’s global commercial strategy. As a senior leader within the organization, your objective is to drive operational transformation, process excellence, and execution across the entire organization. We are seeking an expert with deep understanding of:

This role is responsible for identifying, developing and leading the commercial functions required to ensure success of customer facing teams and providing insights to the C-suite to drive competitive advantage and increase sales.
Who you are:15+ years of experience in the Financial Services market across strategic planning, commercial operations, Sales support and enablement, value engineering, pricing, defining go-to-market strategies, plans and executionFinancial services leadership experience and detailed domain knowledge of bankingProven leadership experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced environments, driving complex, transformation initiatives cross-functionallyUnderstanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing modelsDemonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix style organisation to achieve corporate goalsBroad business perspective allowing for the effective integration of the business functions i.e. sales, application development and servicesExperience in collaboratively working with development organisations that engage in Agile development methods highly desirableDeep understanding of Financial services ecosystem and partnersDemonstrated ability to clearly articulate and influence growth and expansion strategies to executives and cross-functional teams - product, engineering, sales, partners, customer success, legal, finance, marketing
